Do you store my credit card details?
No. Your credit card details are passed to a payment gateway to request payment, and they are then destroyed. This ensures maximum security - in the unlikely event that our secure server is compromised your credit card details cannot be retrieved.

I have forgot my password - what do I do?
Simply click here and you can have a password reminder emailed to you.

I have a problem with booking - who do I contact?

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfers are permitted for select events, subject to our Ticket Transfer Terms and Conditions.

Why can't I see my QR code or download my wallet pass?
For some events, E-Tickets, QR codes, and wallet passes (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) are only made available a set number of days before the event. If your ticket shows an available-from date, please check back closer to the event. If you believe this is an error, please contact us at info@shine.net.
